1. Opening the Package

Customers are allowed to open the package in front of the courier to confirm:

• The correct item was delivered

• The item is free from visible damage or defects

If any issues are noticed during courier inspection, customers may immediately report it for instant assistance

2. Condition of the Product

• The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags attached.

• The item must be returned with its original packaging.

   

          Return & exchange policy 

  Orders must be checked in the presence of the courier upon delivery.
